Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at this hotel was filled with memorable moments! The beach access was simply amazing, and the service provided by the staff truly made my experience special. The only drawback was the noise from nearby bars that made it hard to sleep at times, but the beautiful views and an overall comfortable environment made up for it. I might explore other options next time, but I really enjoyed the charm of this place.
I had a pleasant stay overall at this resort, which is well-located in the heart of the Golden Zone with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. The beach area is lovely and the restaurants have a unique setup, but navigating the dining options was often confusing. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, some amenities could use improvement, like the lack of refrigerators and the limited availability of certain beers on the all-inclusive plan.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at Playa Mazatlan. While the hotel has great amenities and really fun activities, my arrival was quite disappointing due to the treatment we received. The food was average, which I expected for a three-star hotel, but the noise levels made it hard to enjoy my stay fully. On the plus side, they offer lots of entertainment options and shows, which I loved!
The resort has a beautiful location near the beach and close to town, which is a big plus. The rooms are comfortable but show some wear and had maintenance issues. Unfortunately, the dining options were quite repetitive and uninspired. Noise from nearby bars and loud guests made it difficult to enjoy the stay fully.
This hotel has a charming mix of Mexican style and comfort, with helpful staff and a stunning beach. While the rooms provide a great view, they could benefit from some modernization. The dining options are varied, with great food at the buffet and specialty restaurants, though some of the beverage selections leave room for improvement. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a family vacation in a lively area with plenty to explore.
